We’ll give you the tools, training, and leads — you bring the hustle and hunger to win.

✅ We’re looking for people with backgrounds like:

• Solar sales, roofing sales, door-to-door sales
• Bartenders, servers, retail sales
• Phone sales, inside sales, car sales
• If you know how to connect with people and close deals, we’ll teach you the rest.

✅ What You'll Be Doing:

• Speaking with homeowners to build rapport and understand their needs
• Making cash offers and getting contracts signed
• Managing follow-ups and your personal sales pipeline
• Learning the real estate process so you can become a top performer

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years sales experience
• Driven, competitive, coachable
• Strong communicator who can connect quickly with people
• Excited to learn and grow in a fast-paced team environment

✅ Compensation:

• $2,000/month base during your first 60 days (training + ramp-up)
• After 60 days: 100% commission — no cap
• Realistic earnings: $70K–$100K if you’re good, $125K+ if you crush it
