Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to lead the launch of our Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) go-live learning ecosystem during an upcoming parental leave. This role includes a structured 30-day transition period with the outgoing program lead to ensure full context handover.

You will play a critical role in driving the successful rollout of the ORC learning ecosystem and support the centralized Enablement Delivery Engine, serving recruiters, coordinators, and interviewers globally. This is a high-visibility position ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, moves fast with clarity, and brings disciplined instructional knowledge and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning strategies that meet stakeholder needs and scale across the organization.
  • Design, develop, and deliver instructional content, including course materials, job aids, assessments, and documentation.
  • Oversee the operational planning, coordination, and execution of educational programs across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
  • Manage a team of Learning and Enablement professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Communicate effectively with a broad network of stakeholders, crafting compelling narratives that demonstrate the impact of learning initiatives.
  • Ensure high-quality, concise learning deliverables suitable for rapid adoption in a tech-focused environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in instructional design, education, or a related field.
  • 5–6 years of experience as a curriculum manager, instructional designer, technical writer, or related learning and enablement role.
  • Proven experience designing and developing learning content and enablement assets.
  • Strong operational experience in planning, coordinating, and executing educational programs across multiple delivery formats.
  • Ability to communicate concisely and adapt learning materials for a fast-paced tech environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in education or a related field.
  • Experience overseeing large-scale learning and knowledge operations.
  • Experience managing content development lifecycles.
  • Background in technology, particularly recruiting or HR systems, is highly preferred.
