Job Description
Our client, a Japanese Distributor, is looking for a Japanese Bilingual Office Assistant in Torrance, CA area.
Pay: $24/hr~$26/hr (DOE) plus benefits
Status: Direct hire/Non Exempt
Work hours:
Full time/Monday through Friday, 8hrs/day
Job Duty:
• Support company's property management duties as well as office coordination tasks
• Provide client support (sample, shipping, documentation, invoicing, etc.)
• Assist in procurement process
• Create monthly report for Japanese HQ
• Attend showrooms, events, and market research occasionally
• Other duties assigned
Qualifications:
• Working experience in the logistics filed is preferred
• Multitasking, organizational, and communication skill
• Office administrative experience
• Japanese language skill (business level or above)
