Job Title: Outdoor Lighting Technician

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, forward-thinking team player to join our installation team as an Outdoor Lighting Technician.

Experience in lighting is a plus — but not required. If you have a landscaping, construction, or general labor background, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in a job well done, we’ll teach you the rest.

What You’ll Do

• Install and service custom outdoor lighting systems, audio, and holiday lighting.
• Work collaboratively with your crew to deliver clean, detailed, and on-time installations.
• Load and unload tools and materials each day with efficiency and care.
• Maintain a clean work area and professional appearance at all times.
• Support our company’s reputation for excellence through positive client interactions and high-quality workmanship.

Who You Are

• Positive, reliable, and team-oriented — no victim mentalities here.
• Motivated to learn and take pride in your work.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools (training provided).
• Physically able to work outdoors and on ladders.
• Detail-focused with strong time management skills.
• A problem solver who sees challenges as opportunities.
• Licensed driver with a clean driving record.
• Experience in landscaping, construction, or low-voltage work is a plus.

Details

• Location: Must report to our Lafayette headquarters; work occurs at various residential and commercial job sites.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (occasional flexibility as needed for projects).
• Start Date: Immediate openings available.
