The Oracle Dedicated Cloud Product Management team is looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to work across our Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer(DRCC) and Oracle Alloy offerings to focus on product Definition, Development, and Launch.

The Principal Product Manager for Oracle Dedicated Cloud will drive the technical product roadmap for our core infrastructure services of the Dedicated Cloud Portfolio. This will include managing key stakeholder relationships with our internal engineering service teams to establish product release goals and documenting key deliverables with excellent communication skills.

This requires both technical and product knowledge as you will face a broad range of requirements posed by internal and external sources with the challenge of determining the appropriate path forward. It will also require understanding the technical dependencies of a service while applying an aptitude for the customer experience. With good organization skills you will help colleagues stay focused on the right priorities while providing insights and direction to leadership.

A successful candidate will have a passion for technical product management and has strong experience defining roadmaps, launching products, prioritizing requirements, and managing cloud services lifecycle. Equally important is a proven track record of establishing positive relationships with internal, external product teams, support organizations, and executive stakeholders in all forms of communication.

This requires:

  • Drive large scale change across multiple Oracle organizations.
  • Write product strategy as an input to product design across core infrastructure domain.
  • Identify, define, and optimize technical cloud services.
  • Represent the product roadmap and strategy to customers.
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues that might otherwise derail projects.
  • Create content to help enable customer success.
  • Experience managing complex technology projects as a collaborative leader with the ability to define the requirements and key metrics.
  • Passion for product management and strong experience with developing service offerings as they relate to a Core Cloud Infrastructure Services.
