We are looking for a strong, reliable lead generator to help build relationships, create leads, and drive revenue for our sales team.This position is a strong fit for individuals interested in building a career in sales or earning additional income on the side. You’ll gain valuable skills for long-term sales roles, and get hands-on experience engaging customers, qualifying interest, and setting appointments while earning extra cash in a part-time role.

Responsibilities

• Represent countertop products during roadshows inside Costco warehouses
• Start conversations with customers and identify interest
• Schedule appointments for in-home consultations (goal: 1 appointment every 3 hours)
• Rotate between Costco locations throughout the Phoenix area
• Maintain a professional, approachable presence

Qualifications

• Interest in sales, customer engagement, or commission-based work
• Comfortable speaking with customers and initiating conversations
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work rotating locations
• No prior sales experience required; training provided
