About This Position Were seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our Agile Delivery team. In this role, youll act as a servant leader and coach to Agile/Scrum teams, ensuring alignment with Agile values and delivering high-quality outcomes across medium to complex projects. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to remove obstacles, drive continuous improvement, and ensure Agile practices are consistently applied. Job Responsibilities Serve as a servant leader and coach to Agile/Scrum teams. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies and blockers. Promote Agile principles and best practices across teams and leadership. Provide status updates and lead deployment efforts while following change management processes. Required Job Skills/Requirements Experience as a Scrum Master in medium to complex project environments. Strong facilitation, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Agile tools including JIRA Align, JIRA Cloud, and Confluence. Assertive and detail-oriented with a proactive, adaptable mindset. Strong situational awareness and ability to escalate issues when needed. Preferred Experience with retail POS systems and payment platforms. Familiarity with Oracle Xstore solutions. Agile certification or experience with frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe. Additional Information Hybrid position (3 days in office per week). Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
