Sr Operations Manager - Regional Analytics Shipt is an innovative same‑day delivery technology company committed to providing fast, reliable, and efficient delivery solutions. As we scale, we are looking for a results‑driven Senior Operations Manager – Regional Analytics to ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction through data‑driven insights and strategy. The role is located in Minneapolis, MN or Birmingham, AL. Responsibilities Build and manage the reporting infrastructure that powers strategic decision‑making across Shipt’s regional operations. Deliver reliable, scalable dashboards and reporting tools that track performance, drive accountability, and highlight opportunities for improvement. Own and maintain standardized dashboards and reporting tools used by regional operations teams to monitor key performance metrics such as on‑time rate, cost‑per‑delivery, driver availability, and service reliability. Act as the go‑to partner for regional operations leadership, translating performance trends and supporting other analysts to build scalable reports and deliver actionable insights. Translate complex data into digestible, timely reports that support decision‑making by Directors of Regional Operations, Store Ops, and HQ stakeholders. Collaborate with Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Product Analytics to align on metric definitions, source‑of‑truth data sets, and technical improvements. Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows, ensuring speed and consistency across the analytics lifecycle. What You’ll Need to Be Successful 6+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or reporting and 2+ years in a leadership role. Strong SQL skills, fluency in Excel/Google Sheets, and experience with BI tools or coding (e.g., PowerBI, ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Python). Background in logistics, gig economy, or tech‑enabled operations preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail. Excellent skill translating data into insights for non‑technical teams. Track record of improving reporting systems and team efficiency. Bachelor’s in a quantitative field; advanced degree is a plus. Work Arrangement Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid. The role offers flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office. In‑office expectations may vary by role and leader; certain roles may require full‑time in‑office presence.
