ABOUT THE ROLE:  We’re looking for a  Team Captain who not only leads in the field but also plays a hands-on role in helping us build and grow our team. You’ll be the go-to for setting the tone, training team members, and delivering 5-star service—but you’ll also support our recruiting efforts by identifying strong candidates, giving hiring feedback, and helping onboard new team members.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

1. Lead daily moving or hauling jobs while ensuring high service standards
2. Guide and motivate your team—on the job and during training
3. Help identify strong candidates during working interviews or referrals
4. Provide input during the hiring process and support new hire onboarding
5. Maintain safety standards and a positive team culture
6. Communicate effectively with managers and franchise owners
7. Represent the brand with professionalism and a positive attitude
8. Load, pack, and transport items safely and efficiently
9. Be reliable, respectful, and ready to lead by example

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

1. Someone with  natural leadership skills and a passion for teamwork
2. Comfortable giving feedback, training others, and jumping in where needed
3. Experience in labor, construction, warehouse, or logistics helpful but not required
4. Strong communicator who enjoys working with people
5. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
6. Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb stairs, and be on your feet
7. Willing to submit to a background check
8. Authorized to work in the U.S.
