We are looking for a motivated and skilled Winemaker / Bodeguero to join our winery team in Germany. You will be responsible for supporting the production of high-quality wines, from grape processing to fermentation and bottling. This position offers hands‑on experience in all stages of the winemaking process in a professional and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with grape reception, sorting, and processing during harvest. Monitor fermentation and perform daily cellar operations. Support aging, racking, and wine stabilization processes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Operate and maintain winery equipment. Document winemaking activities accurately. Work closely with the head winemaker and cellar team. Follow hygiene and safety regulations. Requirements: Previous experience in a winery or related field is an advantage. Basic knowledge of winemaking processes (training can be provided). Technical or vocational training in viticulture/oenology is a plus. Ability to work independently and in a team.
