Tesoro Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join one of our long-term client’s team at (1) of their properties in Burnsville, MN (55306). The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience property management. This role is direct hire role.
This role will be working with (1) property that was built in 1985, 192 townhomes/3 stories.
Salary: $22-$24/hour DOQ. This role is a direct hire role.
Schedule: Monday -Thursday: 9-6 and Friday 9am-5pm.
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for maintaining rapport with residents and prospective residents; Showing and leasing rental units; Review and approve rental applications; Prepare weekly and monthly reports; Collect rents and make bank deposits; Help to schedule and coordinate turnovers; Work with the manager to manage move-ins and move-outs.
