Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to join their team. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the Warehouse Supervisor and Material Handler teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Distribution Center Associate

Location: Cedarburg, WI

Pay Range: $22

Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Accurately pick, transfer, package, kit, or assemble products and materials to fulfill customer orders
• Perform inventory management tasks including storing, counting, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment
• Compile and maintain records of stock quantities, costs, and types of materials issued and received
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with company policies and import/export regulations
• Assist with loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments, checking for product or container damage

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
• Capability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted
• Proficiency in data entry into warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Willingness to learn and operate powered industrial trucks such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
