Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an Events Coordinator 3 to join their team. As an Events Coordinator 3, you will be part of the Events Support Department supporting various teams involved in organizing and managing events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

• Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events across multiple locations on the East Coast.
• Manage logistics, vendor relationships, and event schedules to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with onsite event setup, management, and breakdown.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet event objectives.
• Travel to venue locations outside of New York as needed for site visits and event support.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in event coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to travel and work across multiple locations on the East Coast.
• Proficiency with standard equipment and software used in event planning.
