What You'll Do as Medical Director\n
You’ll continue seeing patients and practicing medicine while providing critical medical leadership for the hospital. This includes:\n
•\tGuiding and mentoring veterinarians and technicians\n
•\tDeveloping and refining medical protocols\n
•\tPartnering with the Practice Manager to drive hospital growth and efficiency\n
•\tFostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and support\n
•\tLeading with empathy and integrity, while championing high standards of care\n

•\tExperienced well trained Licensed Technicians on staff and ability to manage complex cases\n

•\tModern cloud based PIMS with integrated labs and imaging \n

About You\n
•\tDVM (or equivalent) with active New York State license\n
•\t5+ years of veterinary experience\n
•\tStrong communicator and collaborative leader\n
•\tPassionate about mentorship, protocol development, and medical excellence\n
•\tAble to coach, delegate, and support a high-performing team\n
•\tOrganized, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented\n
