Responsible for delivering personalized and high-quality financial services to high-net-worth clients by understanding their unique needs, offering tailored banking solutions and supports the profitability of the department and Bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists in building long-term strategies to deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients by understanding their financial goals and aligning them with the bank’s products and services.
• Works with management to anticipate market trends and adjust the preferred banking strategy to safeguard client assets and ensure sustainable growth.
• Develops a service model that provides prompt and effective solutions for preferred clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with high priority.
• Identifies opportunities to cross-sell products, such as investment management, wealth planning, insurance, or real estate services, based on client profiles.
• Works on retention strategies such as loyalty programs, personalized offers, and special events to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manages day-to-day operations related to preferred clients’ accounts, including deposits, withdrawals, loan applications, and other transactional needs.
• Assists in preparing and reviewing client contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation related to account management and services.
• Other duties: Perform other duties as assigned by leaders

Requirements

• Required Education: Graduated Professional
• Possible Degrees: Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Required experience in the position: 1-2 years
• Languages: English and Spanish

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

• Bank Products/Services
• Cash Management Experience
• BSA/ Compliance Knowledge

• Sales/Market Analysis
