Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Supervisor 4 to join their team. As a Production Supervisor 4, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor 4

Location: Bowling Green, KY

Pay Range: $30- $34/hr

What's the Job?

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
• Recommend measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance data to identify and resolve problems.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, while resolving personal grievances and maintaining personnel records.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 8-10 years of manufacturing experience, preferably with automotive manufacturing background.
• Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and machinery maintenance.
